Did not have late night trip to Bunnings in my Sunday night to do list. Especially not to get a replacement cat flap. How did my over 14yo girl fully smash the flap itself? It’s a mystery.
@merkin_about Had a BYD for 3.5 years and it’s been brilliant. Go try a few options. But do look up what their service centre and parts availability are like.

Super sketchy actions from @Westpac . Voice mail from Indian gentleman saying he’s from westpac telling me to call a 1300 number. I called back the number listed on the website and it’s a legit call but screams scam. Please do better. 23 mins on hold to get through on that line.

@EBGamesAus pretty pathetic I need to go into a store to cancel and refund a pre order you just cancelled on me. Why can’t you cancel online for orders made online. Disappointing. Where is there any benefit left in shopping in EB stores when JB is cheaper and more friendly?
@allianz_au well, thats another policy cancelled. Can’t get close on price and you make it rather difficult to cancel. If I can signup online why can’t I cancel online? Why must I go through your chaotic call centre? All makes it even easier to make the decision to leave.
