Mike Slade

Husband, father, tax-payer, wine and food-lover. Just a man trying to get along....

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@GaryLineker Monkhouse had his joke book, and I suspect @GaryLineker has a book of puns for the names of every footballer.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@joegentlemanjoe merry Christmas, try not to have too many mince pies! Best of luck for next year.

[The Non-League Paper @NonLeaguePaper]

Nuneaton Borough goalkeeper taking a penalty at 0-0, misses and breaks a light. Only in Non-League.

@StanCollymore why not get on the sofa then call them out live on air for getting you in as the token black man?

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@StanCollymore hypocrisy at its finest... 🤔

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

This did make me chuckle.

[James Maddison @Madders10]

Would be worse turning up holding a sun newspaper i guess 😂

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@SubwayUK recycling and general waste going into same bin, seems a waste of a fancy bin container to be honest? Maybe it gets sorted later 😏🤔

[Derren Brown @DerrenBrown]

God this is funny.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

Not convinced that was a penalty...

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

Cameron knew, May knew and now Boris is realising that leading the country through #brexit is a no win situation. His only hope now, is a Labour win and for Corbyn to take blame for the whole thing.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

Must have a cash out available as can't get in my bets @bet365... #suspicious #happensalot

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@AmazonHelp and now the delivery just dropped over the gate, no attempt to come to the house. We were clearly in. Rubbish service. Again.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

I'm stood by the door and got notification parcel left at letterbox. No one even came to house. Where is my package! @AmazonHelp

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@AmazonHelp for crying out loud! It didn't fail. It was three stops away then incorrectly marked as delivered. My status now says delivered. Why reattempt a delivered item. Absolute joke just trying to get someone to understand this.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@AmazonHelp why not show it on the app? Logged in app, don't have log on details to hand. Not that it matters, the response will be "this item is showing delivered at the address associated with the order, contact us if not received tomorrow by 7pm".....

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@AmazonHelp can't see this info in the app. Only have tracking id.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@AmazonHelp fed up of the scripted replies. Had 40 mins of it on chat. I was tracking on map, got within 5 minutes (not 36 hrs) and then marked delivered. And yet I still have to wait and then tell you its not delivered later? Poor.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

Chelsea want it more.

[Mike Slade @mike_t_slade]

@andyshaw82 not breaking the bank, lol 50p @ 80/1
