I think the main thing here is that one of the worlds most prestigious team's in one of the worlds most popular sports (i.e, access to anyone/anything) has deliberately chosen to bring in a 78yr old track and field coach because he has a level of expertise they don't have elsewhere. Shows humility and intelligence IMO. Could have gone with any number of big name coaches. But they did research. Awesome to see they value and respect his rare knowledge, which Harry has been trying to share with Athletics with limited interest.
