@statsguyphd Thanks, Statsguy, that’s the best advice anywhere on the Internet today. … My analysis is Benford doesn’t apply to a ~tight distribution like the number of voters in each Milwaukee ward – median size 830 voters so it makes sense Biden gets more vote totals in the 500s than 200s.
