@GroundWords @TorontoPearson @AirCanada I am having the same issue. Offshore people aren’t doing anything. One person from @Aircanada told me they tried to call baggage claim and got “your mailbox is full” - they tried to help (this was the ticketing person - they went out of their way to try!)

@AirCanada - after almost an entire day trying to get through to speak live to someone they said my luggage "hopefully" will be located in 48 hours! Never flying with #aircanada again! I have lost luggage before, though we have been treated much better than @AirCanada! HNY!
