‼️The largest grassroots action on food ingredients in US history.

Through the leadership of @thefoodbabe and @humankarp, more than 400,000 Americans signed a petition for @kelloggsus to use the same ingredients for American children they do in other counties. We also launched shareholder action against the company that made it to the boardroom.

In Europe, the company uses carrot and watermelon juice for coloring. In the U.S., it uses petroleum based colors that are brighter but cause ADHD.

To change our food system, we need to change our suicidal incentives from the top down (which we are working on with our advocacy and @TrueMedPayments which enables tax free spending on the right medicine) and bottoms up advocacy.

We will be delivering these signatures to Kellogg HQ today and hopefully meeting with leadership. I would also urge all families to refrain from buying food with ingredients that knowingly harm kids (artificial colors and added sugars are two good places to start).

Some are saying, “The cereal is still terrible even without the artificial colors.” I don’t disagree, but we need to start racking up SPECIFIC wins. The status quo wants us to stay broad - they have rigged the system through these targeted efforts, and that’s how we will change it.

They were expecting nothing to happen because they wanted this particular double stranded RNA to be the control. 1400 genes changed expression, 1400, what 10% of the genome were different in the group that was fed 1 meal.

You can feed double stranded RNA to mice and change something in their liver. We know that it can affect humans. As many of you know, last year, weeks before the U.S. Farm Credit Administration released its Findings in the investigation into our matter, my FB account (which I’d had since 2008) was hacked and disabled — the Farm Credit System was aware I had been contacted by internal witnesses through FB messaging; as those messages were turned over to them under duress by current employees they had questioned.

I created a new FB account that was later banned and disabled in early 2024, with our learning through legal filings that the largest law firm in Alabama, Bradley Arant, had an attorney assigned to my social media 24/7; with their reporting 20+ complaints against my account over a period of several weeks for “copyright violations” and other “terms violations”.

That is when I moved this effort over to X.

During that exact same time, we had an Apple ID compromised we were using to communicate with our Farm Credit clients.

In the last 24 hours, my law partner and lead counsel on the case pending against President Biden, @AshleyPosey22, had both her FB account and Apple ID hacked; with FB also disabling her access.

While we both agree that X is certainly the better place to tell this story, so many of our clients only utilized FB and followed our efforts there — and keep in mind that my FB account was banned earlier this year after I refused to accept a $1.2 million bribe to take a job within the U.S. Farm Credit System as a paid legal consultant; that would have required me to fire my clients and would have disqualified me from opposing Farm Credit in any legal actions.

There are two people we need your help to be sure this information reaches, as we are down to our last means of communication:

1) @elonmusk — To ensure that the United States Government nor its lawyers are able to shut off our last lines of communication here on X; as we have done nothing but expose corruption within the U.S. Farm Credit System and their blatant extortion in attempting to force us to swear and affirm to confidentiality since 2021 (that would have prevented us from speaking out on the Farm Credit System’s engagement in transferring American farmland over to foreign agents, including from China); and

2) @RepThomasMassie — To hear us out on this pursuant to his position on the Congressional Committee related to the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

We have everything from recorded calls in which the Farm Credit System’s extortion against us was detailed in 2021 — to death threats made against us just days after we rejected Farm Credit’s bribe months ago.

I can show Congressman Massie evidence that will send people to prison. I can show Congressman Massie evidence that our Farm Credit System has been sabotaged and is compromised by foreign influence.

I’ll walk to Washington DC for 30 minutes of his time, as that is all it will take to blow his mind on this — but there is no other Representative or Senator who I trust.

I have been told if I keep fighting this they will render me “unconscious” — and that is an exact quote in their most recent threat.

I don’t care if they kill me at this point; it would be a welcome relief after the past three years of Hell they’ve put us through; but there are more people counting on us to make this right than anyone can fathom.

🚨 — 7.10.24 PRESS RELEASE (NOTICE TO PRESIDENT BIDEN) —

President Joe Biden was sworn into office on January 20, 2021. Like any incoming President, President Biden was charged with making the appointments required of him by federal law.

Now, more than 1,200 days later, for any federal agency to not have its leadership positions filled would almost seem impossible. Yet today, and for the duration of President Biden’s term, the Farm Credit Administration, which controls 46% of the agricultural debt in this country, has been unable to properly function due to the fact that the statutorily-mandated three-member Board was never appointed by the President.

While there are some scenarios where it may be no harm and no foul, this is not one. By 2015 or so, the Farm Credit Administration went rogue. And it is difficult to view the timeline and to not be highly-suspicious of political motives.

It was in 2015 that we contend President Barack Obama violated federal law in the appointment of South Dakotan Dallas Tonsager. It was nearly a decade before that point Tonsager founded Rural Americans for Obama; at the same time he served on the U.S. Farm Credit Board.

President Obama’s appointment was flawed in that federal law limits individuals from serving beyond a single, six year term on the Board. Not only did President Obama ignore that mandate in appointing Tonsager for a second term, but he would name Tonsager as Chairman of the Farm Credit Board two weeks AFTER President Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in November 2016.

President Obama’s selection was made to block the Chair position for the duration of President Trump’s term; but the nefarious activities went beyond that, as when President Trump made his Farm Credit Board nomination of Rodney Brown, a life-long private banker, the Senate Agriculture Committee did not hold a confirmation hearing on Brown for two years; returning the nomination to President Trump on January 3, 2021.

Upon taking office, President Biden appointed absolutely no one to the U.S. Farm Credit Board — and still today, there are two members of the Board serving in terms that expired years ago.

Why did that all happen? A clue can be found in the record amount of American farmland lost to foreign investment since 2015 — more acres in a decade shifted to foreign interests than in the history of our country up until that point.

Then go back and note that Farm Credit fought for the right to conduct business with foreign investors; a government sponsored enterprise who has sabotaged the American farmer, and in the process, threatened both the food supply in this country and our national security interests.

And as my own personal exclamation point, when in 2021 I reported certain frauds I had discovered to the U.S. Farm Credit Administration; instead of doing their job to investigate the matter, they let my lender place our farm credit loans in distress and then served me with the threat of foreclosure.

I ultimately sold my own home to keep my farm; paying off my loans 20 years early, when we had never missed nor even been late on a payment — and with Farm Credit’s lawyers telling me if I would sign a release of legal claims and swear to full and complete confidentiality, it could all go away as far as the extortion against me.

In the end, I valued my right to free speech over my own home. And that is how you are finding me today; as along with my law partner Ashley Posey, we have placed President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland on required notice that this Friday we will file a Rule 35 Motion in our pending legal action asking the federal judge assigned to our case to order a mental and physical examination of President Biden.
