“7 billion people deserve to know the truth”

Disclosure Day’s first trailer said “7 billion people have the right to know the truth” while the finished film says 8 billion people.

Was this a mistake or intentional?

The idea that the government has a monopoly on alien contact and the people need "disclosure" from them is a manifestly absurd and low agency idea. Truths are self-concealing and self-revealing to those who seek. There are no gatekeepers.
