2. HIV stigma and fear prevent people from testing.
3. But testing means getting treatment if required
4. Effective treatment makes the virus untransmitable.

@Dmaxwellisbent @Rovers We didn’t create anything - again. Pears is crap we all know that but even without his errors we still don’t win that game. Under JDT we were sliding towards a relegation scrap, but we never looked this bad!
