New to the Twitterverse. Adding a voice for progressive change. Troubled by the potential outcome of this election and truly hoping we’re not too late.

The evictions have started and at least 40 million Americans are at risk of losing their homes.

@OrganicLiveFood Respectfully, Monarch habitat is being destroyed to grow avocados. I love them too but please choose a nutritional alternative and reduce demand. It’s not just the butterflies the forests are home to thousands of species

@lelaurajane @herdyshepherd1 I have heard of a few instances of this practice in the state where I live. I think it’s a brilliant idea

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@lelaurajane @herdyshepherd1 Corporate agriculture has used its political power to create regulations that are too costly for a small farm to meet but a pittance to the multi national corporations. Also here in the US selling of prime farmland to build McMansions

Kevin McCarthy Proposes Removing January 6th from Month of January https://t.co/4cu0PoTHbX via @NewYorker There was a time when I would instantly know this was satire. Now anything from the GOP is possible

Just Say NO To GMO Impossible Foods in Schools! Don't let corporations use climate change as a justification to market harmful GMO products to our kids in schools! https://t.co/JYJfU7AtS1

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@Vegan4Thm @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas You’re reply unsurprisingly makes no sense relative to my reply. You see, I’m the one asking for a solution, not proposing one comprehension isn’t strong in most of y’all. It seems like you just have a cute retort you want to use and doesn’t matter if it’s contextual or not

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@Vegan4Thm @eyesof1 @Volko26 @Alecram_mpa @jorgeapenas Oh the humanity! All that space! Sunshine, fresh grass! What kind of monster would keep them this way.

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@Vegan4Thm @earthling1992 @jorgeapenas Always the qualifier “possible” so what do you do that causes the least harm? Besides not eating animals. If you don’t eat organic you kill animals, if you don’t know where you’re food is grown or who produces you could be doing harm.

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@nightsinge @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas Pretty much the same as in the wild. Synchronized births occur to ensure that some will live to breeding age. Most won’t see their first month. Some won’t live long enough to stand up. That is the mechanism of nature

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@Spector__YT @ImKhan70 @DeccyJarrett @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas Seriously? How old are you? In a traditional open air farm the girl cows meet the boy cows in the field and they play leapfrog. Then, about 280 days later a calf is born. Does that help?

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@cheapNeasyvegan @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas Well, that’s a way to kill it isn’t it? It’s just semantics

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@cheapNeasyvegan @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas It happens every day organisms consume other organisms it is the system by which this planet functions and has functioned for millions of years it doesn’t really matter if you like it.

[mike ellsworth @mikeellsworth19]

@cheapNeasyvegan @herbivore_club @jorgeapenas I don’t consider
