@SWP_Roads @SWPCardiff I saw this car broken down at 5.20 on my way to work with the owner attending.
I was hoping the owner had informed the police it was stopped in a dangerous place on a live carriageway without a hard shoulder.
The car remained in this position until it was struck 1.5 hrs later.
