So the @MBTA cancels the 4:20 train to Kingston. My wife is stranded. Asks the T employee why. In essence, the reply was ‘dunno.’ SERIOUSLY!?!? So wound up being a $50 Uber to get to where she could get home safely. Thanks T. Really sad the incompetence. @MA_Senate @MatMuratore

Unable to contact @AmazonHelp. I get the equivalent of a 404 error regardless of how I try (Web, Amazon App, Alexa app, etc. ). How convenient. Alexa today stopped working with my third party devices: Hue, Sonos. Did all the usual rebooting and reconnecting. What’s up @amazon?
