Memorial Day is a reminder that freedom isn’t free.

It was earned through the sacrifice of brave men and women who gave everything for this country, and their sacrifice must never be forgotten.

It means believing growth, effort, and consistency still matter.

Growth and change can only occur when true coaching and honest, love driven conversations happen…even if those conversations are hard.

All of the scoldings, write-ups, and discipline referrals in the world will never render changed outcomes if true coaching conversations don’t occur.

This is true for adults and students alike.

Have the tough conversations…accountability=love., then coach them on how to do/be better!

It’s a magical thing when purpose and passion collide.

How you do one thing is how you do everything.
