The lake that borders New York and Ontario is an international body of water, and it is widely agreed by the entire world, except one rogue leader, that the name of this lake is “Lake Ontario”

Grow a spine and fix it.

@TheAA_UK … eventually we had a call saying a taxi was coming because no truck was coming. We had to abandon our car with its keys! The car eventually arrived at 4pm the following day. I understand you were busy but you left me, my wife, daughter and dog in some really dodgy situations.

@TheAA_UK we’ve been sitting in a petrol station car park for seven hours now, waiting for a recovery truck to get us home. Seems we’re a very low priority. Not impressed with this service at all.

@TheAA_UK We did get home safely, which is the main thing, but not until 5:40 the next morning. The recovery that finally came, after 8 hours, only took us half way home, leaving us in an unlit truck top with no open services at all. We were there for another 3 hours.
