I saw the Yanks play the Jays in Toronto. Rivera came on with 2 outs in the eighth in a 1 run game. Yanks then scored 8 in the top of the ninth. So Rivera came on in the bottom of the 9th. Mariano Rivera protecting a 9 run lead is as good of a guarantee as anything I've ever seen
