@LeoraCruddas @guardian The Guardian and Observer should instead investigate why questionable parenting & toxic media is leading to young people more likely to exhibit challenging and sometimes dangerous behaviours. Too easy to blame schools for society's ills which Heads are daily battling to repair.

@clairelbills Good luck - but remember great education is about children and relationships not paper & box files. Ditch or hide 90% of files; they only serve to show the world ‘how busy you are’. Most will never be read again.

@RosMcM Agree. Far too much reliance by some & completely ignored by others. I know ‘satisfactory’ schools with some BRILLIANT teachers - and many ‘outstanding’ schools with some distinctly ‘moderate’ ones! All depends on your luck with exactly who teaches & inspires YOUR child
