@pulte Why not instead, evaluate these major corporations like invitation homes and blackstone from purchasing single family homes so supply is in a better situation. Keep single family homes for the regular modern citizen. Not big corporations. This is done wrong. And I’m a capitalist
@LordMattyIce Ohio state players always classless. Look what downs did to edwards during the game. Bad look for OSU overall poorly ran team. Day just stood there watching 😂😂😂
Thank you for your love and prayers for my father and for the other victims of today's senseless violence in Butler, Pennsylvania. I am grateful to the Secret Service and all the other law enforcement officers for their quick and decisive actions today. I continue to pray for our country.
I love you Dad, today and always

@unusual_whales I believe this is for FHA and any government loan. People with high credit scores will go Conventional. But nonetheless a very poor bill that’s going to get passed
@patrickbetdavid@WSJ Another big issue is that with these high of interest rates the values of homes have not come down or adjusted to the rate at all. Making it impossible for some people in buying new homes.
@GrulkeLamonte@GRDecter Wells Fargo probably let go of that many people because mortgage applications are down to historic lows. And with rates being so high and values of homes so high not many people can qualify for a loan anymore. In regards to what loan officers told you, that’s false 100% lol
@denha_anthony I think it has to be like you said either contract incentive aspect or longer term deal. Because the NBPA won’t agree to non guaranteed deal
@denha_anthony I think what will help the owners and the actually game itself. Is them to adopt a baseball type of contract. Where they can sign players for 8-9-10-11 years. If they want a trade, well kick rocks you’re on the books for another 5 years.
@patrickbetdavid The housing markets are a little more regulated today than they were years ago. Also if this does happen. Housing prices will crash by 30% at least if rates go up to 10% what are your thoughts about this
