@jasonrhorne It takes three drafts to write a good case study: 1st is the step by step actions of the project. 2nd layers in context, storytelling, rationale. 3rd is spellcheck, grammar check, em dashes, all the details. Trying to do all 3 in one draft ends up the equivalent of pixel-pushing.
