I am Mike Kaeding, and I run Norhart, a $200 million Real Estate business with over 250 employees based in Minnesota, US.

but about empowering them to create their own.
What was your dream job when you were younger?
I’ll start with mine:
I wanted to make special effects for movies and films like Matrix and Batman
Do you really know what your children want to become?
Or is it your ego projecting your dreams onto them?
As a CEO, I often get asked how to raise entrepreneurial children.
I’m a father of 2 girls.
We live in a world where opportunities are boundless and dreams are limitless, and I aspire to encourage my daughters to embrace their dreams
and follow their destinies.
