Transparency and donations rules for MPs are really important. They exist for everyone - it’s not one rule for Farage, another for the rest of us. It’s vital his failure to declare these further gifts are probed.
Yesterday, I shared constituents Darren and Nicole’s story with the Chancellor in Parliament.
With five children and one income, they are struggling to provide even the basics for their family.

We welcome @IMOHQ's announcement to establish an evacuation plan in the Strait of Hormuz.
This is a vital humanitarian step that will allow thousands of trapped seafarers to leave safely.
We stand ready to support the UN in playing this crucial role.

I’ve always respected his sense of public duty & commitment to public service, particularly in challenging circumstances.
His decision to step down has been made with dignity & I thank him for his service as Prime Minister and Labour leader & wish him well for the future.

Before anything else, it’s right to recognise Keir Starmer’s contribution to both our Party and the country. He became leader at a difficult time, helped restore trust in our party & led us to a decisive election victory two years ago.
I'm very proud to have been appointed Chair of the Benchill South & Wythenshawe Central Pride In Place iniative - £20m available over 10years which we hope will make huge differences to our communities. I'm also looking forwar

@NicolaFa1978 Nicola, I was Aviation Minister, supporting UK aerospace, connectivity and an industry that supports thousands of jobs around Manchester Airport, one of Wythenshawe’s biggest employers.
Disagree with me politically if you want, but at least get the facts right.
@Beverle22804497 Three of us went in quietly for a cuppa and a toastie & nobody knew I was a politician, NOBODY.
There’s a big difference between supporting a community café and using one staffed by vulnerable young people as a backdrop for political content without permission or consideration.
Yesterday whilst campaigning in Makerfield, my small team & I visited this wonderful cafe. The staff were welcoming, attentive & incredibly friendly. The lack of respect shown to the vulnerable adults who work there says so much about Reform and who they are.
Mr @christiancalgie has been busy putting out a partial version of events these last few days, amplified by yourselves.
I think it’s time all your readers had the whole story. They were all out of order and, if they had any decency, would now hold their hands up and apologise.
Like I said. Reform are still complete amateurs. They messed up initially. But even then they could just have apologised and moved on. But no. They had to run the usual playbook of getting in people’s faces. Nuts.
@LeeAndersonMP_ You don’t need to argue with me, Lee.
You need to listen to Gemma, the person who runs The Hamlet, and then decide whether as a Party you are prepared to do the decent thing.
Busy few days campaigning with @UKLabour colleagues in Gorton and Denton, backing our brilliant candidate Angeliki Stogia.
Freezing cold, but loads of great conversations with residents.
Vote Angeliki on Feb 26th!

This Labour government is determined to end the pothole plague.
We've invested record cash for councils to repair roads and we want to make sure people see the benefits.
We're acting to prevent costly repairs, and helping restore pride in communities.

This year it’s been a real pleasure to meet so many constituents, community groups and local businesses and to hear your stories along the way.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share them with me.
Wishing you all a very happy Christmas 🎄
