@PatrickAckerman In my opinion the JV is worthless besides the broker dealer license...the jv was established to bring equity trading to the voyager platform....clearly not happening.

@shingolavine @investvoyager Voted "NO" also, as a former insider, in my opinion this deal is about getting management and board cleared of wrongdoing, and is NOT in the best interest of account holders. Ever wonder why they need this release clause in-stay tuned! UCC didn't dig deep at all, in my opinion.
