@dailytelegraph Remove all CGT and negative gearing. Then charge renters for the fair cost of the property. Rental insurance, rates, interest payments, agent fees, ongoing repairs for breakages, annual inspections for fire alarms and pests. It would triple rents.
@JustinR00267435@Ryandally08 You never see an American official without a flag pin or USA patch on their uniforms. Most businesses have a flag flying or on a wall. They fly the flag on verandah posts. It is national pride.
@Ron__Jon8s@nemagovau The mobile network is predominantly 4G(mobile) and some 5G(mobile) especially if you are not in a big city. Nothing to do with wifi
@nemagovau It is proven in the USA and Europe that there are undocumented 4G devices built into CCP cars, trucks and solar inverters, could they get triggered to shut down? I would advise anyone with a CCP car to park during the alert window for safety.
@nemagovau So will this accidentally open my 4G property gates and let the animals out or screw up my 4G car tracker with a random message that could kill the engine when driving? Who gave this criminal government permission to my private numbers because it wasn't me. This is over-reach.
@nemagovau Although unlikely, there is a possibility of interference with 4G and 5G devices which can have major consequences with untrialled testing. We proved that mobile phones just being on could cause medical devices to error when I was much younger.
@AntiWokeMemes Without meeting them and conversing with them, it is a hard choice. They could be wonderful people or total airheads. I will start with lady number 3
@ThoughtGuardian If you go anywhere in USA, you will see the American flag. They are in businesses on the wall, on the wall in sheds, flying on home verandahs, on company cars and politicians on their suits. Australians seem to be ashamed to show the flag in their businesses, shedsor homes
