@BenjiNaesen @Roadman_Podcast The issue in Ireland is kind of an urban versus rural matter. Cycle lanes are being rolled out in towns and cities. In the West of Ireland cycling on roads is quite dangerous due to the volume of traffic.

@BenjiNaesen @Roadman_Podcast When I first started cycling in 2001 I used to love the mountain stage look as per gelled hair exposed or a cool looking cotton cap. Well the hair is long gone as per a mix of too much product back in the day and genetics. Now am older I'd be very nervous without a helmet.

@BenjiNaesen You're probably right in fairness. They're both at it. Cycling in principle is about conserving energy - my mind is absolutely messed that these guys can race like this in the 1st week and keep doing so forward to Paris with 8 No. Per team.
