A useful MVP scope can often be written as: one user → one trigger → one input → one decision → one completed action → one measurable outcome. If the loop is unclear, adding features will not clarify it.
AI can generate an MVP that looks finished long before it is ready. Login works. Dashboard loads. Demo succeeds. Then a real user hits permissions, failed payments, broken invitations, recovery, and support... The scarce skill is knowing what cannot be skipped.

Funny how the future reinvents the “webmaster.” One person used to own the idea, design, code, launch, marketing, and sales. Then came PM, design, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and growth. Now AI is putting it back together. The “builder” is the webmaster, 20 years later.
