@DrJN_SportsMed I had this done last Friday for my CEO partial tear - it hurt but hoping for good result with this and physio. It’s really interesting experiencing this as a patient compared to when you do it. I will always warm up before doing heavy barbell rows in future!

@MarieMetelko @DrVikasShah When I see “r/o structural lesion” I get the referring team to elaborate on their clinical assessment. Usually they��ll say neurology said this. I then ask for them to get neurology to call me to discuss further. Often the study request then gets cancelled by the referring team..
