Remarkable statistic:
Prior to Western Michigan, college football teams were 110,352 - 0 when leading after the end of regulation, dating back to 1869.
@lynk0x Research ‘the happiness curve’. The money will be there when you emerge from the trough.
Beyond that, there’s the company match that is part of your compensation. It’s ok if you only contribute up to the percentage that they match. Take that $$.
@treywallace The true test of a man’s character is measured by what he does when no one is watching. If they held all these agents, GMs, coaches, players accountable, there wouldn’t be enough guys left ‘clean’ to play or coach games.
Hopefully we find an NIL / revenue model that works.
@Evan_Hand It’s difficult to tiptoe next to the line of professionalism without falling in. College Football needs a standard set of rules with binding contracts tied to performance, games played etc. Hopefully they look at the NFL model and innovate / adapt to keep college ball special.
@CUBarstool This team has reached the point where they’re losing games that they should not. It’s frustrating to watch and I bet more frustrating to be a part of. That means that they’re really close. It comes down to chemistry. It gets fixed with more reps together.
@RGIII Every football fan has a database of memories from where he/she can recall the penalties and the no-calls. That’s how we reconcile a good call from a bad call. (Texas/ASU had 3 big no-calls.)
This PI is as soft as a marshmallow in the sun.
🔥 The #1 Draft Pick. NFL Draft Expert Mel Kiper talks #12
"Everything about him screams the best player in this draft. He is the clear cut player to be #1 on the board. I've been doing this for 50 years and we have never had this before. The #1 everything"
📽️ @ESPNNFL
I want to be very clear about something…
If anyone ever tries to tell you that all Travis Hunter does is rack up snaps, that he’s just mid at two positions or any other nonsense that attempts to minimize a true once-in-a-lifetime player…
You need to disregard anything that person has ever said and ever will say about the sport of football.
