@edfenergy Why am I being charged for a property that's been completely empty for six months? No one there = no energy used + police has also cut off the eletrics so how can there be possible electric usage? I've been complaining about this for A YEAR with ZERO response.

@edfenergy Hi,

the property has a smart meter installed and it is trying to say that there has been daily usage but this can not be true as the property was empty due to a police raid which led the property having the electrics cut off.

Is there anyway I can escalate this?
