@AndyStaples@82BABES "...but the way to maximize value..."
That was the takeaway; the rest was framing, including the refutation, stated for the record in case it fails. His job is to maximize value.
Of course, his bosses may not agree.
@Phaty98@BeanTwilly You'd have a better chance of beating allegations of lacking reading comprehension if you demonstrated you could read by correctly attributing quotes.
Good luck in life, champ.
@CoachBeede Same situation for the small liberal arts schools in the NESCAC. Excellent education, well-positioned network, and the ability to play high-quality sports.
@Phaty98@BeanTwilly Reading comprehension has chased you for a lifetime, but you still seem to be faster.
No one is advocating "for making cars less accessible," Thomas. Take as much time as you need to work through why less traffic is a good thing.
@Phaty98@BeanTwilly Point on the doll where the bike lane hurt you.
Friend, this seems to be sailing over your head at orbit height. If you drive, traffic is your enemy and you should be supporting efforts to reduce congestion.
@Phaty98@BeanTwilly If you have to drive, or like to drive, you should support measures that reduce the number of other cars on the road.
Fewer cars=less traffic=better experience.
@ColborneGreg@BeanTwilly This is a pretty common activity here in Boston. Our aquarium sits on a T line and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance.
@smo841603557184@BeanTwilly Effective transit alternatives reduce the number of cars on the road, which reduces traffic, which makes for a better experience for those of us who have to drive.
That's not a progressive idea; it's just common sense that happens to be promoted by progressives.
HEARTBREAKING NEWS:
#NFL icon Larry Fitzgerald's father Larry Fitzgerald Sr. has passed away.
Fitzgerald Sr. was 71 years old.
Larry Sr. was a longtime sportswriter and broadcaster based in the Minneapolis area and served as the sports editor and columnist for 35 years.
RIP.
@sjs856 Maaan, Iโm hoping that trend goes the way of scrunchie socks. If youโre a DB or WR trying to locate the ball, why have something brightly colored flapping in your face? Makes no damn senseโฆ.
@OmarKelly Plain white or off-white sneakers with no logos looks ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅwith light tan linen or seersucker. Casual shoes can pair with casual suits.
@educator4ever36@All_22_NFL_Cuts Missed again. My kid transferred from a very good public into an academically rigorous private school that also had strong athletics. The move positioned him to get to a solid university with a similar profile. Each child is different, which is why reclass bans fail kids.
@educator4ever36@All_22_NFL_Cuts Yes, and this is why kids should transfer out of public schools to places where they can thrive. Youโre making my point better than I ever could.
@educator4ever36@TomSwartz296286 LOL, the projection here is massive. My kid who repeated a grade in HS benefitted immensely from the extra year of growth, made lifelong friends, and is now doing what he dreamed.
Iโm incredibly happy you werenโt his advisor.
@TomSwartz296286@educator4ever36 There are countless kids who mature later than peers and benefit from an extra year of growth, both academically and athletically. Those kids thrive when allowed the gift of time.
