Hey @Dyson! The beater bar on my Dyson Ball broke after only a year. I called Dyson support, but they told me it would be almost 2 weeks before the replacement part arrived, & refused to expedite shipping. With 3 little kiddos, I need to clean my carpet now, I can’t wait 2 weeks!
