@PCOphilly@Alexcoll_ Haven’t we established that already? So your solution is with an already poor line up, to not use your best hitters earlier in the line up to generate more AB’s? Honestly, Harper should be batting first. Better avg than Kyle (if you want to use that metric). Put your best, first
@PCOphilly@Alexcoll_ They have no other choice to given how poor the rest of the line up is. They simply have to get going earlier and if it means a solo home run, so be it. Dodgers don’t seem to care about what’s “correct” worked out well for them
@WhiteOutFB I agree with the overall premise but the "patience" piece is not a valid rationale anymore given what Cignetti did in less than 2 years at IU. I am all in on MC, but AD's and fanbase are going to want to see this route happen, and yes NIL this & that but he coached them up to win
@WTPDavid@PhilsTailgate David, I beg you. Go touch some outside grass and don’t take life too seriously. It was for one half inning in a season that has 1,458 of them. you are going to be fine. Kids like mine get a chance to see someone they know during the game, and maybe they begin to get into it now?
@PSU_Strong@thoag91 Don’t engage this clown. Calls himself a fan of the program when he’s just a little troll begging for attention. His takes are about as good as Franklin is vs top10 teams
@WhiteOutFB JF was wound way too tight (he still is). Knowles wasn’t the guy for us but JF made his bed with his style. Created a culture of fear of mistakes, never allowed his teams to play to their best ability, the 1-0 shtick etc, incredibly overplayed and worn out and made everyone tight
