The referee and his officials who are officiating the game should decide on penalties, sendings off.

The only benefit for the game is goal line tech. That's accepted as it's been tested in other sports.

@UKLabour Take the whole lot back into public ownership. Put people in charge who are public servants, on decent but not excessive salaries. Put the fat cats in court for ripping off the system since they were incorporated.
