@AirCanada Customer service lineup is 4 hours long and phone lines are not working.
Now my bag is stuck on the plane they just cancelled and I must sit waiting to just get my bag back.
Don’t just tell your customers to contact your support line as if it’s a 2 minute fix
@AirCanada absolutely shocking service. 7 hour wait to get on a new plane after first flight cancelled due to system outage and had to pay for a new ticket. Then software on second plane malfunctions and flight is cancelled?? Worst service I have ever experienced.
