How has the United States maintained such a highly functional, and globally used, governmental bureaucracy that has been passed between one political administration to another without sabotaging it's function?

@rebekahentralgo It isn't stimulus. Stimulus is the wrong paradigm to pursue. This is should be considered livelihood protection. Until the pandemic comes to a halt, stimulus is like wading in ice water.

There is an enormous demonstration going on at @Stanford Hospital right now carried out by staff, who are protesting the decision by higher ups to give vaccines to some administrators and physicians who are at home and not in contact with patients INSTEAD of frontline workers.

And As far as I know, Chinese vaccines have not been acquired by the United States government.

I can understand @Apple getting their hands on the Chinese version considering their relationship with China.
In Apple’s case, they could do so without inhibiting vaccine distribution to the American public.
