To anyone looking to make their way as a competitor in professional sport, watch this video.
The adrenaline is coursing through Bridges and yet listen to the mindset. I am in awe of Bridges and this team.
Incredible interview.

Crazy looking back at this video now knowing where Dylan Harper is just four years later.
Back when @strictlybball was looking for someone in the NY/BK area to cover a game between Bryce James' Strive For Greatness (@TeamSFG_EYBL) and Dylan Harper's NY Renaissance (@NYRHoops), I jumped at the opportunity. I didn't have much filming experience, but I was a basketball junkie, and knowing there was a chance LeBron would be in the building made it an easy yes.
What I didn't expect was to walk away absolutely blown away by @dy1anharper.
At the time, Dylan was ranked around 28th nationally. He went for 32 points that day and looked like the best player on the floor by a mile. With all the attention on Bryce and LeBron sitting courtside, Dylan completely stole the show. It wasn't just the scoring either. At 16 years old, the game looked effortless for him. The pace, the feel, the poise, and the ability to get wherever he wanted on the floor. It was obvious he was special, and the rankings hadn't caught up yet.
I remember texting @nolannewberg and @jd3hoops, the founders of StrictlyBBall, afterward saying Harper was one to watch.
Fast forward 4 years.
Dylan has gone from being ranked 28th in the country to a Rutgers star, the No. 2 overall pick, and now a key piece on a Spurs team playing in the NBA Finals. He put up 16 points and 8 rebounds in Game 1 with real impact on both sides of the floor. The kid is the truth, and it feels like this is only the beginning.
Pretty cool full-circle moment and a reminder of why I fell in love with grassroots basketball in the first place. Sometimes you get to watch the future before everyone else realizes it.
Cignetti on what he’s seen at the team’s final practice and over the last 24 hours:
“It’s time to sharpen the saw now. Throw those warm fuzzies out the door.
You don’t go to war with warm milk and cookies.”
Another all-timer from Coach Cig. #iufb#cfp#NationalChampionship
Met @DangeloPondss in the Hotel lobby last night and asked if he was ready for tomorrow. Responded with “he was born ready.” Great guy, humble, and built for the moment. Pick-6 on the first play of the game. No lies told. Try 5 get 6 I guess 🤷♂️ #Try5Get6#cfbplayoffs#iufb#cfb
BREAKING: Stephen Curry is returning to Davidson—this time as an assistant GM for the basketball programs, per ESPN. He becomes the first active major pro athlete in the U.S. to take on an NCAA administrative role.
As part of the move, Curry and his wife Ayesha are launching an eight-figure fund to support both the men’s and women’s programs. He’ll work alongside GM Austin Buntz and fellow assistant GM Matt Berman.
This worked last time so…
The Knicks will win tonight
The Knicks will win tonight
The Knicks will win tonight
The Knicks will win tonight
The Knicks will win tonight
Retweet to continue the good luck.
Full honesty: We love reverse jinxing, it’s one of our favorite things to do, but none of our tweets tonight were reverse jinx attempts. That game was over. It was over. And this team, this incredible team, found something I don’t even think they knew they had. An all-time win.
This season, Jalen Brunson has:
* more points than Nikola Jokic or Jayson Tatum
* more assists than Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Dame Lillard
* more made 3PT's than Donovan Mitchell or James Harden
* higher +/- than Luka Doncic or Kevin Durant
* higher 3PT% than Stephen Curry or Buddy Hield
* draw more charges than any player in the NBA
...not sure we are fully appreciating what we are witnessing from Brunson this season.
There are a lot of people, and I am most certainly one, who owe Brian Gutekunst an apology.
This team didn’t rebuild after Aaron, it got better.
Immediately.
They are young, super talented, and the qb has star written all over him. The GM deserves to take a bow.

I love this trade for the Knicks. OG Anunoby is an upgrade from RJ Barrett, and Immanuel Quickley just wasn’t part of their future next to Jalen Brunson.
OG is one of the league’s best defenders, a good shooter, just steady all around. Basically what the Knicks hoped RJ could be next to Brunson.
Replacing IQ’s bench scoring should be prioritized, preferably with a bigger player via trade. But the fact the Knicks get OG and retain all of their future firsts makes it even more exciting for their potential to make more moves.
@Connor_J_Hughes A little late. I don’t see why they are so unwilling to make a QB change in-game - if only to win a winnable game. It doesn’t preclude them from going back to Zach next game. Unless they think it would shatter his confidence. And in that case, he doesn’t have what it takes
