Good morning panhandles. This morning we have a cold front passing through the region that will bring Autumn conditions to the panhandles. Of note is this front has been able to source higher moisture which will lead to an increased chance for rainfall today.

A Flood Watch will be in effect from 5 PM to 12 AM Sunday for the southern Texas Panhandle. Although we could see storms start earlier than 5 PM, we aren't expecting flood concerns to ramp up until late this afternoon and through the evening.
