@NYSLabor Dept of labor claimed there was no waiting week yet still been paid already twice and never got that payment for that week. Its ridicolous.

@NYSLabor I got approved for new claim and received my payment this week. But diddn’t receive last weeks at all and its not even showing up in system at all meanwhile I certified over the phone. What is happening??

@NYSLabor Thats wrong because I already received my payment for this week meaning my claim has processed. But I never got the payment for the previous week so what happen?

@NYSLabor I reapplied for benefits on 3/22 and was told my claim was payable on 03/26. I certified on 03/28 and today 04/04. Once I was finished, I I was given a message that said my benefit year has ended and that I needed to reapply? Why is that the case if I already did?

@NYSLabor My bye was 3/21 and I reapplied on 3/22 and it said my benefits could be paid on 3/26 and therefore I certified on 3/28. But it says unpaid week? Does that mean I wont get backpay for that ? Im not understanding here.

@NYSLabor When it asks. Are you filing this claim because your workplace closed, partially or completely, due to COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus? Is this referring to your job when you first filed unemployment? or most recent job?I had taken part time job that I no longer have.
