@lufthansa I was run around for 5 hours, only to be told I could get my bag with not enough time left. I'll be surprised if someone doesn't "misplace" items from my bag in their pockets.

@lufthansa I spent 5 hours with your colleges, they ran me around for 5 hours, until I didn't have time to collect my bag from lost and found. I was told 3-4 different reasons, which finally copped out on customs. Your service is horrible.
