@spacepodlife @united @Chase @AmericanExpress Thanks for this info. @chase Sapphire Reserve pulled a completely arbitrary figure to reimburse my canceled plans, and despite my repeated requests for them to explain how their 28% reimbursed value was derived, they just ignored me. Capital One X or AmEx Platinum look appealing.

After @united abruptly canceled our flight due to staffing shortage, @Chase Sapphire Reserve card only reimbursed a third of the cost. Disappointing. Anyone have a better experience with @AmericanExpress Platinum card benefits? Will make a change soon.

@united canceled flights today due to no flight crew. If you are planning on booking travel, do NOT book United. There are serious problems that seem to go deep. Spoke with @AmericanAir and @Delta, and the same staffing issues are not affecting them.

I certainly wouldn't ever repeat anything my black friends bond over with one another, regardless of my background. And I certainly wouldn't do it at work in a public space.
