🚨NEW: A farmer in Derbyshire who was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder over the death of a 19-year-old who was shot during a burglary has been released with no further action.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said the homeowner, in his 50s, discharged a legally held firearm when confronted with burglars in his home.

The CPS added three men would face proceedings over the break-in and a burglary at the same property the night before.
