We delivered a solid first half with robust commercial performance on the retail market in France, Europe and Middle East & Africa.
Associated with improved operational efficiency, this allows us to achieve an EBITDAaL growth of 3.8% and to raise our EBITDAaL growth target for 2025.
📍 In France, we achieved a notable acceleration of 0.9% EBITDAaL and our mobile network were ranked number one for the 14th time in a row.
📍The remarkable performance in Middle East & Africa, with a double-digit increase in EBITDAaL for the tenth consecutive half, was driven by access to our 4G and 5G networks, now used by more than half of our 167 million customers, as well as by the development of Orange Money and B2B.
📍 In Europe, volume momentum and value strategy lead to retail services revenue growth +1.2% and EBITDAaL up +2.2%.
📍 In Orange Business, we are on track with the plan and have achieved very solid growth for Orange Cyberdefense with a 7% revenue increase. We have launched a new division dedicated to defense and security to leverage opportunities in the area of sovereignty. This will enable us to capitalize on Orange’s innovative prowess, cybersecurity expertise and network quality.
This performance is the result of our Lead the Future strategy and has allowed us to increase organic cash flow by 7.7%.

Despite a challenging environment, our first quarter results reflect the resilience of our business and the trust our customers place in our services across all regions.
📍 In France, we drove retail revenue growth through strong fiber and convergence performance, maintaining our leadership in market share and customer satisfaction.
📍 The Africa & Middle East region delivered double-digit revenue growth, with Mobile Data contributing 60%. Our 4G and 5G networks serve over 80 million customers, and our Max it super app has nearly 20 million users.
📍 In Europe, our retail revenue grew by +1.2% with a strong commercial momentum in both broadband and mobile.
📍 In the B2B market, Orange Cyberdefense grew by 8%, and Orange Business launched 5G+ and new trusted GenAI offers through Live Intelligence Open.
We also signed several agreements with our trade unions in France to support our teams' development.
