while being understaffed is understandable, agents with terrible attitudes and horrendous customer service is not. Do better!

@Delta i’ve been trying to use my miles to pay for baggage on both legs of my trip, however your system would not let me use my miles and forced me to pay both ways. Didn’t work at the kiosk and didn’t work on the app. Quite disappointing 🥲

@fbcoem This was a horrible way to communicate an emergency...maybe next time have it be a bit more descriptive and with instructions on next steps instead of a message that simply says "GAS LEAK" and causes mass hysteria for 3 hours
