I stand by the tweet that got me banned.
If you say people of your own race should all commit suicide, please be the change you want to see in the world.
@PeterBeinart@hrw "Antisemite" implies non-Jews, so no: "Self-hating"
Wokeness is the cordyceps that leapt from white progressives to Jewish ones. Causes them to attack their own kind, achieving nothing but mass distrust of progressive institutions and the election of fringe Right parties.
@Ed_Realist@ThomasSowell@JamesPPinkerton I'm actually in Canada, so I had to find some U.S. stuff and chose the Atlantic (rated Left bias, high factuality) because anything center or right leaning tend to be dismissed out of hand https://t.co/38URahDGBq
@Ed_Realist@ThomasSowell@JamesPPinkerton Interesting set of assumptions.
First that I was a kid 30 years age. Second that tests haven't been dumbed down. And third that literacy and math scores are actually improving.

@PeterSweden7 Pay attention America!
The U.S. should be more like Sweden and Britain and have strict gun laws. You too could be enjoying a non-violent society full of happy people lobbing homemade bombs and chasing each other through the streets with machetes.
@77SunnyAndClear Anyone who thinks that actual Marxists or revolutionary Leftists support the Democrat party (beyond temporarily preferring it to the Republicans) is so far past stupid as to be right smack in the middle of Useful Idiot territory.
@Ed_Realist@ThomasSowell@JamesPPinkerton No, sadly it is 100% real, albeit from 30 years ago.
Today I meet young people in college (not for teaching per se) who can't figure out how to make change for a $5 bill because they accidentally typed $50 into the cash register, so you'll have to excuse my lack of confidence.
@ConceptualJames Any idiot can see that it's babies that are the problem, and not the last 500 years of technological advances and the industrial revolution.
It's just babies and cow farts, all the way down.
@Ed_Realist@ThomasSowell@JamesPPinkerton I seriously doubt any actual conservative would consider me conservative, but I've met a teacher who thought that the father of a black cat's black and white kittens must be the white dog next door, so I'm thinking the test they pass can't be all that hard.
@xxclusionary I'm not so much concerned with people having weird kinks in itself as the modern narcissistic demand that everyone else be obliged to applaud approvingly when people inflict their private kinks upon us in public spaces.
@femalemagic I'm a gender-nonconforming woman who chooses to wear pretty dresses anyway. And isn't that what a woman is today, just a decision to wear a pretty dress or some makeup?
Therefore, I am a transwoman and, pre-emptively, how dare any of you question my self-identification!
@KonstantinKisin Do these people think that no woman, in the history of womankind, has ever noticed whether a man she's talking to is attractive or not?
As a woman, I have some distressing news for them.
@len_norton It's interesting how if an ordinary biological male wears a tie it's a cowardly capitulation to antiquated gender-norms, bourgeois status-seeking, classism and corporate wage-slavery but when a certain select group of people wear one it's "stunningly brave and empowering".
@robkhenderson I suppose a lack of insight into the ways 7 million years of evolutionary pressures have shaped female sexual behaviour combined with obliviousness toward the sorts of female experiences that teach most women not to make direct approaches very often, is a sort of laziness...
@ycinnewyork Looks suspiciously like the anti-Jewish hate in everyday NYC, and will be treated just as seriously...
By which I mean that when you bring it up progressives will get seriously pissed off and call you a white supremacist (or adjacent) for daring to bring it up.
@MythinformedMKE 7 million years of sexually dimorphic human evolution will be overcome in mere centuries by sheer power of progressive will that it be so.
Strikes me more as magical thinking than scientific, but let's all shout "Equicadavra!" and see what happens.
@glukianoff The first mistake in Brooks' essay was referring to what goes on today as a "meritocracy".
In a meritocracy anyone with talent can rise up through their demonstrated abilities. This has become "credentialism". If you have the right credentials you rise even if you're a schmuck.
@bhaktigardener1 @RebeccaAVelo I'm replying to your surprise at the idea that anyone would call someone right wing for having a family.
That's a 20 year old belief in parts of the Left.
