@joonkyung_kim @LauraBukavinaMD @avasaidian @samtgood I did a 2mg diazepam tablet per rectum so could redose if needed 👍🏼 worked good for spasms but definitely more cns effects so was sparing with who I gave (bad spasms despite pyridium + anticholinergic)

@avasaidian We were doing low dose rectal Valium for a bit. But then pharmacy shut down by enterprise for “review”. so now we all suffer, patients and night time call residents the most 😞
