🚨 Children’s Health Defense has filed a lawsuit against the American Academy of Pediatrics.

CHD and five other plaintiffs filed a federal RICO lawsuit today because the AAP has engaged in a decades-long scheme to mislead families about the safety of the childhood vaccine schedule while receiving funding from vaccine manufacturers.

BREAKING: Vaccine Researcher Poul Thorsen Expected to Plead Guilty

Poul Thorsen, one of the key scientists whose research is used to “prove” that vaccines do not cause autism has been charged with 22 counts of fraud, including falsifying reports on vaccines.

According to published reports, Danish vaccine researcher Poul Thorsen will plead guilty on September 1, 2026 to federal charges that he stole over one million dollars in grant funding he received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Thorsen is accused of using Centers of Disease Control and Prevention money, earmarked for autism research, for his own purposes; the Danish-born researcher was studying the possible link between vaccines and the rise of autism rates.

Charges against him raise questions about whether he was deliberately falsifying vaccine data to ‘prove’ that vaccines do not cause autism and have nothing to do with the rise of autism in the United States.

According to author and investigator James Ottar Grundvig, Thorsen’s guilty plea is “a huge victory for justice in the generation-long controversy.” He continued, “CDC hired mercenary scientists, here and abroad, to cook data on MMR and thimerosal studies, to erase the autism signals in vaccine research. They were desperate to keep the trust in the myth that vaccines are ‘safe and effective.’”

According to U.S. Attorney Hertzberg, the charges, and other information presented in court: From 2000 to 2009, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, awarded over $11 million to two governmental agencies in Denmark to study the relationship between autism and exposure to vaccines, between cerebral palsy and infection during pregnancy, and between childhood development and fetal alcohol exposure.

In 2002, Thorsen, who had worked as a visiting scientist at the CDC when it was soliciting the grant applications, became responsible for administering the research money awarded by the CDC.

Thorsen allegedly stole more than $1 million of the CDC grant money by submitting fraudulent documents to the Danish government, Aarhus University, and a Danish hospital where scientists performed research under the grant.

From February 2004 through June 2008, Thorsen allegedly submitted over a dozen fraudulent invoices, containing the forged signature of a CDC laboratory section chief, that falsely claimed a CDC laboratory had performed work and was owed grant money.

After nearly 4 years of trying hard to raise the funding for Bad Medicine, I am delighted to announce that book is released on October 13 and the movie premieres October 17 at the Malibu film festival!

I’ve lost much sleep while struggling to raise donations to complete this one. It’s been suggested many times to “let it go and move on.”

It was pretty remarkable to watch this happen on CNBC.

Host Brian Sullivan shut down former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb after Gottlieb tried to interrupt him while he was explaining why the media’s coverage of measles outbreaks has been far too simplistic.

Sullivan called the reporting “lazy” for automatically blaming Trump supporters and anti-vaxxers...then Gottlieb tried to steamroll him.

Sullivan wasn’t having it — “Let me finish!”

SULLIVAN: “I want to push back a little bit, Doctor, and say this, that there’s a lot of lazy reporting out there about these measles outbreaks where it’s like, well, we hear that outbreaks are in Texas and in South Carolina, and it automatically defaults to some political thing.”

GOTTLIEB: “Yeah, I agree with that.”

SULLIVAN: “That’s lazy reporting. If you look at the data, the data is publicly available…”

That’s when Gottlieb tried to interrupt him.

GOTTLIEB: “Well, what I will say to that…”

Sullivan fired right back.

SULLIVAN: “No, no! Let me finish!”

“This is critical. This is not…it may be political, but it’s also very religious.”

“A lot of the outbreaks, the majority of the outbreaks in Texas were among basically an Amish community. They’re not going to take vaccines no matter what you do.”

“One of the South Carolina outbreaks, almost all of it was centered around a tight knit Slavic, very religious community in Spartanburg, South Carolina.”

“These are not people who are anti-vaxxers because of politics.”

“They just, their religion does not believe in it.”

“So what are we willing…and there’s a lot of just laziness out there reporting where it’s like, well, they’re Trumpers so they’re anti-vaccine.”

“I’m sure there’s some of that, but how much are we willing to tell a religious community that doesn’t believe in this and hasn’t for 100 years, and won’t 100 years from now that they are required to do something that their religion says they should not do?”

“And that’s the challenge!”

FDA Approves First mRNA-Based Seasonal Flu Vaccine for Adults 50 and Older

The FDA has approved Moderna’s mFlusiva (mRNA-1010), making it the first seasonal influenza vaccine developed using messenger RNA (mRNA) technology to receive FDA approval. The decision marks a major milestone for mRNA vaccines beyond COVID-19.

The FDA granted approval for adults aged 50 to 64 and accelerated approval for those 65 and older, with Moderna required to complete a post-marketing study to confirm the vaccine’s clinical benefit in the older population.

Unlike conventional flu vaccines, which are often produced using egg-based manufacturing, mRNA technology allows vaccines to be developed and updated more rapidly.

The FDA’s decision also strengthens Moderna’s broader mRNA vaccine portfolio as the company continues developing a combination COVID-19 and influenza vaccine, which has not yet received regulatory approval.

Moderna expects mFlusiva to be available during the 2026–2027 influenza season.
