you can't even hold a conversation. your original argument was assuming the man was going to be honest when he reported the charges as fraud. stop changing the goal post, i gotta prove i work in the fraud department but the lady giving poor legal advise doesn't have to prove she's a lawyer? ASS BACKWARDS 😭
@Br8ak@fkullsuck@joshualover23@p1xiekittie@KurlyKat69 dude, if the man is reporting it as fraud he's not going to give them the whole story. you're assuming the man in question is truthful as he's lying? what 😭
@Br8ak@joshualover23@p1xiekittie@KurlyKat69 .. do you think the idiot is going to tell them he gave them his card information if he's reporting it as fraud? Lol i want what you're smoking, i don't even think you know the conversation we're having
you're trying to sound like you know the law, but that doesn't align with how these companies actually work. once he says it's unauthorized they'll mark it as fraud, cancel the card and charge back the unauthorized purchases. depending on where you bought from, those individual companies now are at a loss by you. they can and have the right to come after you. if you sent it to your house now they have your address. if it's a big company and depending on how much you spent they might not waste time on you. smaller businesses will hold you accountable and take you to court. "a man on twitter gave me his card so i used it" "here's a screenshot" do you have lawyer money?
@Br8ak@joshualover23@p1xiekittie@KurlyKat69 i don't understand your comment, if he gives her his card information, she purchases something on it, and he calls up and says the charge was unauthorized they will dispute it after investigating it. you should know the first thing they will check is the location.
since i'm bored ill respond to this, you do realize they will have to be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he is infact the one who sent that message, correct? most these men are on dummy profiles. good luck with that. the company will flag it as fraud and charge back the purchases.
@joshualover23@p1xiekittie@KurlyKat69 it's still fraud, good luck trying to plead your case when he reports a usage of his card halfway across the globe as fraud, they will side with their customer over you. you're slow
@supastarvina i mean it's true. a vehicle starts depreciating the second you drive it off the lot. that's why if you purchase an expensive ass car, get the DPW insurance
