@RailwaySeva @drmkgp When the service was required you cannot give the service. Now what service will u give? No trains are running on time, no service while complain made. Sorry, Railways are at their worst time now.
Sitting in a AC room is easy but please see the passengers difficulties during the journey, as they are paying from their pocket. Shame on railway officials of kgp division, ser officials..

@AshwiniVaishnaw WE ARE THE DAILY PASSENGER'S OF 18004 RANI SHIROMONI EXPRESS. TODAY WE FACED A PROBLEM IN THIS TRAIN. WE TOLD SEVERAL TIMES TO CLEAN THE TOILET i.e. 2nd BOGGY FROM LAST AT KHARAGPUR STATION. AFTER SEVERAL ANNOUNCEMENT NO BODY CAME TO CLEAN IN KHARAGPUR STATION.

@UnionBankTweets On 03.11.2022 I made a payment twice amounting toΒ 4,561/- vide transaction id S83669724Β & S83667016, but unfortunately one payment was successful and the another was not. Amount was deducted from my account. Till date no refund.
@UnionBankTweets Called customer care but no result yet. Complaint no. 4882482606 dated 12.11.2022. amount not refunded yet. According to RBI rule if the amount not refunded within 30 days then penalty will be charged 100/- per day. I think so. Then what to do?
