I emailed customer service @HamiltonBeach to explain I had a food processor that I’ve used four or five times to make hummus. It suddenly started making a very awful grinding noise. They told me this was quite normal.

I’m going on record right now that @ADT was supposed to be here at 11am to replace the bad device in our home. 1:09 still not shown up, they’re telling me tomorrow,or Tuesday b4 can be here. I reiterated to them miss their appt & they r now culpable for problems.

The irony.. I’m on hold with @ADT who missed their appt with me. They are all about keeping us “safe” (we need fire alarms in our home due to the distance of fire hydrants) but in the light of the violence in Minneapolis they could care less. #keepkids/familiessafe?
