@realEstateTrent I was at a local Denver conference not long ago and a multifamily investor shared a story how they submitted an offer at $17M using Claude, and apparently 4 other separate offers all came in at $17M flat as well. Madness.

@DonovanBuilds I’ve always said if lifecos can somehow get their arms around a construction to perm program that is sub $10M, they would crush it. Because the demand is there.
