@Manenkos I had the same issue, it's because 14th gen of intel cpus use performance and efficiency cores. League is just kinda light so your pc uses these efficiency cores for it. I fixed it by downloading 'Process Lasso' and setting only performance cores for League. Just google how to

@Manenkos You go options > cpu > cpu affinities > under process write 'League of Legends.exe', click on 'select' and you probably have filter for only p-cores, tick that and go ok, I don't know how will that affect your stream tho, check it
