I was a huge fan of #FightingFantasy growing up. When I wrote about my top five fantasy books, I couldn't go past a classic from this series. @stevejacksonuk @ian_livingstone Thank you!

In the 1980s Puffin Books were happy to commission the artists we recommended who we used on White Dwarf and Games Workshop products. Today @scholasticuk use their own artists for their @fightingfantasy editions with an art style they believe will appeal to a younger reader.

Why don't people write short stories anymore? I grew up reading tons of short fiction in anthologies and magazines. You can get so many ideas in a collection. Borges never wrote a novel, but his short stories are the most mind-blowing you'll ever read!
