@WestJet thanks for the fantastic customer service today Due to travel fatigue I guess - I left a bag on the luggage carousel last night - dang! One call to Westjet this morning - then a trip back to YYZ - I had my bag in my hand within 60 seconds. Truly thankful - thanks!
